BIO: Kelli Russell Agodon (she/her) is a bi/queer poet and editor whose newest poetry book is Dialogues with Rising Tides (Copper Canyon Press) was named a Finalist in the Washington State Book Awards and shortlisted for the Eric Hoffer Book Award Grand Prize in Poetry.On the last day of August 2021 I spoke with the poet Kelli Russell Agodon via Zoom.
Kelli Russell Agodon (born in Seattle) is an American poet, writer, and editor. She is the cofounder of Two Sylvias Press [1] and she serves on the poetry faculty at the Rainier Writing Workshop, a low-residency MFA program at Pacific Lutheran University. [2] She co-hosts the poetry series "Poems You Need" with Melissa Studdard.I have been a terrible blogger this June.
She is the author of Small Knots, finalist for the Cherry Grove Poetry Prize and Geography, winner of the Floating Bridge Press Chapbook Award.
